Perfect for the bride and groom who have planned all the details of their wedding and want a professional wedding planner onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to schedule.

• consultation

We work closely with you to obtain all the information on your hired vendors.

	-	Receive 2 planning meetings to discuss your wedding day in detail.
	-	We visit the ceremony and wedding reception locations with you to become familiar with the venues and your vision for your special day.

• coordination

We orchestrate the wedding rehearsal (limited to 1.5 hours) with your officiant, onsite coordination of your ceremony and reception. We will contact all of the vendors one to two weeks prior to the wedding to confirm your wedding details. Wedding vendors will be provided with a schedule of events for the wedding day. Onsite, all of the wedding details with hired vendors will be supervised and set according to schedule for the ceremony and reception. Set-up and clean-up of wedding items is included.

If selecting this package, we recommend at least a 2 - 3 month lead time prior to the wedding to allow us time to become familiar with your specific wedding details and arrangements. With shorter lead times, additional costs may apply.

Provide assistance with designing your wedding in detail – the concept, style and ambiance of your day. This includes suggestions on décor, colors, wedding stationary and accessories that compliment your individual style and personality.

• design + assembly

We can assist with the assembly and mailing of your save the dates and invitations.

destination wedding : domestic & international

We are available for travel to any destination of your choosing. Unlimited and partial planning services apply.
